The 180 050 L guide holder is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy using the sand casting process and is precision-machined to tight tolerances, ensuring smooth and reliable system operation. By contacting the guide rail over a larger surface area, it provides rigid, balanced, and accurate guidance.
With a 180 mm body height, 121 mm outer width, and a body weight of 1.71 kg, it is preferred for above-standard weight applications and freight elevators.
Compared to welded sheet-metal guide holders, its superior dimensional accuracy and tighter geometric tolerances ensure uniform load distribution on the rail and extended service life.
Depending on the rail width, the guide holder is used together with appropriate guide holder insert plastics, allowing adaptation to different application requirements.

The 180 050 L model is used with defined guide holder inserts for rail widths from 9 mm to 19 mm.
