Elevator Guide Shoe Model 100 020 Features
The 100 020 guide holder is manufactured from special alloy aluminum using the injection molding process.
With a 100 mm body length and 75 mm width, it has a compact design suitable for installation in confined spaces.
Thanks to its approximate weight of 0.17 kg, it does not add extra load to the system and offers an ideal solution, particularly for the counterweight side.
Compared to welded sheet-metal guide holders, its tighter dimensional and geometric tolerances ensure balanced load distribution on the rail and stable guidance.
Compatible Rail Widths and Guide Shoe Insert Options
The 100 020 model is used with guide shoe inserts suitable for rail widths ranging from 5 mm to 16 mm.
It is compatible with the following guide holder insert materials:
- PA (Polyamide)
- PU (Polyurethane)
- PE (Polyethylene)
- SL (High-Density Polyethylene)
- AS (Antistatic Polyethylene)
