Oil Collector YTK-1

The round oil collector for elevator guide rails is designed to collect oil draining along the rail, helping reduce uncontrolled dripping in the elevator pit and support cleaner maintenance conditions. It offers a 500 ml oil capacity and is compatible with 5–16 mm guide rail widths.

Product characteristics – Oil Collector YTK-1

The YTK-1oil collector is manufactured from high-strength polypropylene for long-term use in elevator applications. The material offers good resistance to oils and typical environmental conditions found in elevator shafts, helping maintain reliable performance over time.

Its specially designed preloaded sealing lip geometry surrounds the guide rail and creates a close fit around the rail surface. This design helps capture oil draining along the guide rail and directs it into the collection container, reducing the likelihood of oil bypassing the collector.

For efficient oil collection, installation at the end of the car-side guide rail line is recommended, in accordance with the system configuration.
