High Speed Elevator Roller Guides
High-speed elevator roller guides are guiding components developed for elevators operating at speeds between 2.5 m/s and 5 m/s.
TMS Lift high-speed roller guides are manufactured with different spring systems, depending on the model. This design helps reduce vibration and noise and ensures stable movement of the cabin along the guide rail.

> TMS Lift Patented Stopper Mechanism on selected models (YHCY)
> High-Strength Cast Iron and Steel Housing
> Spring-loaded construction for vibration and noise reduction
> Wear-Resistant, Low-Friction Polyurethane Coating
> Adjustable Mechanism Compatible with Different Guide Rail Profiles
Product Features
TMS Lift high-speed roller guides use spring-loaded constructions selected by model to manage vibration and noise while supporting stable, controlled movement of the car along the guide rails.
YHCY models use a steel spring system and include a patented stopper mechanism, while YHMP models use a Vucell+PU spring system. Both model groups use high-strength cast iron and steel housing for structural rigidity under dynamic loads.
Roller contact surfaces use a wear-resistant, low-friction polyurethane coating (PU coating hardness 85 Shore A) to support consistent rolling behavior.
See the “High Speed Roller Guide Models” section to select the appropriate model based on installation side, speed (vmax), maximum weight (P+Q), and adjustment range.

High Speed Roller Guide — Selection Guide
Select the model by installation side, speed (vmax), maximum car load, and the required adjustment range r (mm) shown in the specifications table.
Note: YHCY models use steel spring + patented stopper mechanism. YHMP models use Vucell+PU spring.
PU coating hardness is 85 Shore A across the listed models.
