Production

Quality is not merely an output; it is a process extending from raw material selection to shipment. Every component is manufactured according to the principle of “the right material – the right process – at the right time,” with customer-specific tolerances defined in technical drawings treated as a priority.

Dimensional and Tolerance Management

  • General tolerance standard: ISO 2768 (unless otherwise specified on the drawing).
  • Tolerance class selection (e.g. f / m / c / v) is determined based on part and process requirements, in line with customer requests and functional needs.
  • Geometric tolerances and critical dimensions are verified against customer technical drawings and approved inspection plans.

Materials Used

Metals

  • Grey cast iron
  • Ductile cast iron
  • Aluminum alloys
  • Steel

Polymers

  • Engineering plastics
  • Thermoplastics and polymers

Note: Material grade/quality, heat treatment, and target hardness values are defined on a project basis. Material certificates and traceability documentation are provided upon request.

Surface Treatments and Coatings

  • Shot blasting (cleaning and surface preparation)
  • Galvanizing
  • Cataphoretic coating (e-coat)
  • Oven-baked paint

Coating thickness, corrosion resistance targets, and aesthetic requirements are configured according to customer specifications.

Process Capabilities (Summary)

  • Machining: Precision turning and machining for components such as pulleys and brake blocks
  • Post-casting operations: Surface finishing for ductile and grey cast iron components
  • Assembly & sub-assembly: Controlled assembly and functional testing of guide holders and plastic components
  • Dynamic balancing: Reduction of vibration-induced imbalance in pulleys
  • Fixtures, jigs & tooling: Ensuring repeatability and process reliability

Product Groups

  • Deflection pulleys
  • Brake blocks
  • Ductile cast iron guide holders and guide holder insert plastics
  • Application-specific elevator comfort components (TMS)
