The 180 030 L guide shoe is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy using the sand casting process and is precision-machined.
With a 180 mm body height, 120 mm outer width, and a body weight of 1.36 kg, it is used in above-standard weight elevator applications with a high number of stops and heavy traffic conditions.
Compared to welded sheet-metal guide holders, its tighter dimensional and geometric tolerances ensure uniform load distribution on the rail and long service life.
Depending on the rail width, the guide holder is used together with appropriate guide holder insert plastics, allowing adaptation to different application requirements.
