The 140 030 guide shoe body is manufactured from special alloy aluminum using the injection molding process.
With a 139 mm body height, 119 mm outer width, and a body weight of 0.47 kg, it provides balanced and stable guidance in standard passenger elevators.
Compared to welded sheet-metal guide holders, its tighter dimensional and geometric tolerances ensure uniform load distribution on the rail and long service life.
Depending on the rail width, the guide holder is used together with appropriate guide holder insert plastics, allowing adaptation to different application requirements.
It is used in standard passenger elevators for applications of up to 10 persons.
