Contact-form submissions and related correspondence are not retained for longer than is necessary for the relevant enquiry, subsequent business relationship or applicable legal obligations.

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  • request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions provided by KVKK;
  • request notification of correction, deletion or destruction operations to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred;
  • object to a result arising against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems; and
  • request compensation where you suffer damage as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Requests concerning these rights may be submitted to the Company using the contact information provided in Section 1, in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by applicable legislation.

Where GDPR applies to the processing of your personal data, you may also have, subject to the conditions provided by GDPR, the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request erasure of your personal data;
