Product Features
The rollers used in the YHMP-1 High-Speed Roller Guide feature cores manufactured from heat-treated aluminum alloy. The special aerodynamic core design enables rapid dissipation of heat generated on the roller at high operating speeds.
The outer surface of the rollers is coated with ether-based polyurethane with a hardness of 80–85 Shore A. The logarithmic crown profile, resembling a herringbone pattern, ensures balanced load control on the roller surface, providing low rolling resistance and high wear resistance.
The spring-loaded arm structure contributes to effective damping of vibration and noise at high speeds.
With its ductile cast iron body, the YHMP-1 offers high rigidity and durability and is suitable for a maximum car load of 2000 kg.
