High Speed Elevator Roller Guide Model YHCY-4

The YHCY-4 high-speed roller guide is designed for elevator systems operating at speeds of up to 5 m/s with a maximum car load of 3500 kg. Its spring-loaded construction dampens vibration and noise, providing stable and comfortable guidance.

Product Features

The rollers used in the YHCY-4 High-Speed Roller Guide feature cores manufactured from heat-treated aluminum alloy. The special aerodynamic core design allows rapid dissipation of heat generated on the roller at high operating speeds.

The outer surface of the rollers is coated with ether-based polyurethane with a hardness of 80–85 Shore A. The logarithmic crown profile, resembling a herringbone pattern, ensures uniform load distribution on the roller surface, resulting in low rolling resistance and high wear resistance.

The spring-loaded arm structure contributes to effective damping of vibration and noise at high speeds.
In versions equipped with steel springs, the stopper mechanism has been developed and patented by our company.

With its ductile cast iron housing, the YHCY-4 provides high rigidity and durability and is suitable for a maximum car load of 3500 kg.
With a total weight of 13.1 kg, it delivers balanced and reliable performance in high-speed applications.
