High Speed Elevator Roller Guide Model YHCY-3

The YHCY-3 high-speed roller guide is designed for elevator systems operating at speeds of up to 3.5 m/s with a maximum car load of 3000 kg.
Its spring-loaded structure dampens vibration and noise, ensuring stable and comfortable guidance.

Product Features

YHCY-3 High-Speed Roller Guides feature cores manufactured from heat-treated aluminum alloy. The special aerodynamic core design enables rapid dissipation of heat generated on the roller at high speeds.

The outer surface of the rollers is coated with ether-based polyurethane with a hardness of 80–85 Shore A. The logarithmic crown profile, resembling a herringbone pattern, ensures uniform load distribution across the roller surface. This design provides low rolling resistance and high wear resistance.

The spring-loaded arm structure contributes to effective damping of vibration and noise during high-speed operation.

The stopper mechanism integrated into the steel springs has been developed and patented by our company.

The ductile cast iron housing provides high rigidity and durability, making the YHCY-3 suitable for a maximum car load of 3000 kg.
With a total weight of 11.6 kg, the model delivers balanced and reliable performance in high-speed applications.
