Hydraulic Elevator Pulleys

Hydraulic elevator pulleys are specialized pulleys used in hydraulic elevator systems to transmit motion between the car and the hydraulic drive system.

Their configuration, consisting of two pulleys that can rotate in the same or opposite directions, contributes to controlled and balanced system operation.

Product Features

Hydraulic pulleys are critical components that ensure the correct transmission of motion from the hydraulic system to the elevator car. Their dual-pulley configuration is designed to operate either in the same direction or in opposite directions, depending on the application. This design enables proper rope routing and stable operation in hydraulic elevator systems.

The pulley bodies are manufactured from GG-25 grade cast iron and brought to high quality standards through precision machining and runout correction processes after casting. This ensures vibration-free and safe rope guidance.

The products are manufactured in compliance with the TS EN 81-50 standard, meeting the technical requirements for use in elevator systems. Depending on customer requirements, different bearing brands such as SKF, FAG, or ORS can be selected. In addition, hydraulic pulleys can be manufactured in various diameters, widths, and shaft sizes in accordance with technical drawings.

This design ensures that hydraulic pulleys can be used reliably, with long service life and full system compatibility in hydraulic elevator applications.
