Rail Lubricator – Y80
The Y80 rail lubricator is designed for controlled lubrication of elevator guide rails. The Y80 Model features a
180 ml oil capacity, a high-strength polypropylene body, and a specially engineered wool felt system.
Its drip-free design supports efficient oil use and helps maintain consistent lubrication during operation.
It is suitable for L-shaped guide shoes used with 5–16 mm rail widths.

Its single-piece, compact design is oil-tight. Operating on the capillary action principle, it enables controlled oil transfer while reducing oil consumption.
With its easy installation feature and compatibility with TMS Lift guide holders, it allows fast and secure installation.
