Rail lubricators and oil collectors are components used in elevator guidance systems to provide controlled lubrication and help keep the operating area clean.

TMS Lift rail lubricators and oil collectors are made of high-strength virgin polypropylene. Their design has been developed for easy installation and compatible use with TMS Lift guide shoes.

Lubrication is provided through a specially designed felt system that works on the principle of capillary action. This structure ensures continuous and controlled oil transfer to the rail surface while helping reduce unnecessary oil consumption.

Rail Lubricators — Selection Guide

Select the rail lubricator by guide shoe type (flat / L-shaped), felt type, and oil volume. All models are designed for easy installation, are manufactured from high-strength polypropylene, and are compatible with TMS Lift guide shoes.

Y80 (Wool felt, 180 ml): compatible with L-shaped guide shoes. Wool felt provides high oil absorption and intensive oil transfer for maximum lubrication.
Y110 (Polyester felt, 80 ml): compatible with flat and L-shaped guide shoes; controlled lubrication with lower oil volume.
Y145 (Wool felt, 125 ml): compatible with flat and L-shaped guide shoes; higher oil transfer and higher capacity than polyester felt.
