Plastic pulleys are pulley solutions manufactured from cast polyamide–based engineering plastic, distinguished by their lightweight design and high mechanical strength.
Thanks to their quiet, vibration-free, and maintenance-free operation, they can be safely used in various elevator and material-handling applications.

Product Features
Plastic pulleys offer approximately six times lower weight than cast iron pulleys while providing higher wear resistance and mechanical strength. Their flexible structure absorbs vibration, ensuring quiet and stable operation. They are corrosion-resistant and do not require lubrication, reducing maintenance requirements.
Depending on customer requirements, production can be carried out using different bearing brands such as SKF, FAG, or ORS. In addition, plastic pulleys can be manufactured in various diameters, widths, and shaft sizes in accordance with technical drawings.
