Elevator Rollers
Elevator rollers are designed for high loads and continuous operation, delivering long service life and trouble-free performance through low friction and high wear resistance.

> Low Friction for Quiet and Stable Operation
> Ether-based polyurethane coating
> Heavy-Duty Construction for High Load Capacity
> Very High Resistance to Wear and Abrasion
> Lubrication-Free Usage

Product Features
TMS Lift elevator rollers are manufactured with an ether-based polyurethane coating to support stable rolling behavior and long-term wear performance. The lubrication-free design supports cleaner operation and reduces lubrication-related maintenance tasks.
The polyurethane structure is engineered for resistance to swelling caused by water–oil mixtures, helping maintain performance stability under demanding operating conditions. Under load, the roller maintains its shape to support reliable contact behavior over extended service use.
Depending on application requirements, roller cores can be produced from cast iron, steel, or aluminum alloy. Coating geometries can be supplied in cylindrical, conical, radiused, or logarithmic crown profiles to match different contact conditions and load distribution requirements.
Dimensional tables and downloadable documentation are provided in the Dimensions section. For verification under controlled conditions, rollers are tested in-house using a test rig with a 1500 mm diameter and load capacity of up to 500 kg.
Applications
- Hydraulic elevators and L-frame applications
- Elevator guide rollers
- Rollers for sliding door systems
- Escalator and moving walkway rollers
- Conveyor support rollers
