Manufacturing excellence since 1975

Elevator components engineered for reliability and comfort

TMS Lift is the elevator components brand of Tekin Makina Sanayi A.Ş., a manufacturing company founded in 1975.
The company produces guide shoes, guide shoe inserts, roller guides, rail lubricators, oil collectors, safety gears, rope attachments and pulleys for the global elevator industry.

Our Journey into the Elevator Industry

Tekin Makina Sanayi A.Ş. was founded in 1975 in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone, operating on 10,000 m² of open area and 2,000 m² of indoor production space for the manufacturing of spare parts for industrial and agricultural machinery. Since 1996, the company has been producing and exporting elevator components for both local and international markets. In 2025, it relocated to its new facility, transitioning to a more scalable, efficient and sustainable production structure.

Since its establishment, Tekin Makina has built its production discipline on the principle of
“the right material, the right process, at the right time.”

Established in Eskişehir to manufacture spare parts for agricultural machinery.

Started production of pulleys and other elevator components and exporting them to Europe.

Expanded export portfolio with iron cast guide shoes, guide holder inserts, safety gears, and pulleys.

Renewal of our
machine park.

Transitioned to a scalable, efficient, and sustainable production architecture at our new facility.

Why Tekin Makina?

At Tekin Makina, product development is driven by an engineering approach that focuses not only on dimensions and geometry, but on real-world performance in the field. Elevator components such as roller guides, brake blocks, pulleys, guide shoes and guide shoe inserts are designed with key criteria in mind, including service life, low noise, ride comfort and safety.

Material selection, tolerances, contact surfaces and load distribution are determined based on actual operating conditions. Our objective is not merely to produce parts that comply with standards, but to deliver components that contribute to the overall performance of the elevator system. This approach ensures long service life, reduced noise levels and stable operating characteristics, proven in real applications.
At Tekin Makina, quality is not a final inspection step at the end of production; it is an integrated management approach embedded throughout the entire process. Our products are manufactured in compliance with European Union standards and certified in accordance with CE requirements.

From raw material intake to machining, assembly and final inspection, every stage is managed through defined processes, measurable criteria and documented control procedures. Our process control structure, validated through long-term field performance, ensures that product reliability is demonstrated not only under test conditions but also in real operating environments.

This approach enables consistent quality, reliable performance and sustainable supply continuity with every shipment.
Delivery timelines at Tekin Makina are not driven solely by production speed, but by accurate capacity planning and a balanced workflow structure. Orders are scheduled based on available machine capacity, process durations and operational workload, ensuring that committed lead times are maintained systematically.

Our lean logistics approach in both production and shipping processes reduces unnecessary waiting times and bottlenecks. This structure provides our customers—particularly in projects requiring continuity—with a predictable, reliable and sustainable supply model.
At Tekin Makina, product development does not end at the design stage. Feedback from real-world field performance is directly integrated into product enhancements, material optimization and design updates.

Through this feedback loop, our product portfolio is continuously refined in line with operating conditions and evolving industry requirements. Our objective is not merely to maintain existing solutions, but to achieve improved performance, durability and ride comfort with each new production cycle.
Tekin Makina operates without minimum order quantity requirements. This approach enables us to provide efficient and responsive solutions to customers of varying scales.

Regardless of order volume, production and supply processes are carried out under the same quality standards and process discipline. As a result, our customers benefit from reliable performance, consistent quality and on-time delivery—even for low-volume orders.
